Bookings: All enquiries should be sent directly to Anphong Tourist via head office in Hochiminh City, Vietnam. We will reply to any enquiries within 24 hours.
Prices: Based on the contract or upon requests.
Payment Conditions: A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required upon confirmation of the booking. The rest of the amount (if any) must be settled at least 60 days before the tour commences for GIT bookings (from 16 passengers up) and 45 days for FIT bookings (less than 16 passengers). Failure to comply may result in an automatic cancellation of the reservation and a forfeit of deposit or payment.
Payment Methods: By TTR or Credit Card in advance
Cancellation: Cancellation must be notified before the cut off day or before the deposit and payment, otherwise, a cancellation fee will be applied which is equivalent to the deposit or payment amount. No refunds will be made if any tourist leaves a trip by themselves after the trip began and no refunds will be made for any accommodation, golf games, transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized.
Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended with respect to areas such as trip cancellation, personal baggage, personal accidents, injury & illness. We are happy to assist you with any enquiries regarding travel insurance.

Any complaint/claim must be made in writting/email within 2 weeks after the service has been rendered. No responsibility will be accepted in respect to any complaint/claim which has not been made.
Inevitable cause: Neither party should be responsible for any damages caused by inevitable causes, whatever and however, beyond the control of the parties affected by, but not limited to, decrees of the Government or Government Agencies, refusal of
Government Authorizations, Court instructions, Act of God, public enemy, strikers, fires, floods, explosions, earthquakes, hail storms, epidemics, riots, war, rebellions, or quarantine restrictions.
Anphong Tourist is responsible for the implementation of all services booked by the other party but reserves the right to switch around their itineraries where circumstances demand. Furthermore, a certain program may need to be changed due to external causes lying beyond control where the services cancelled will be replaced with those of similar value.
